Long-term residents

A long-term resident is an adult (aged 18 or over) who has lived in Estonia for more than five years on the basis of a residence permit, right of residence, undetermined citizenship, or Estonian citizenship. Examples of long-term residents:
- a resident with a long-term or temporary residence permit,
- a resident with undetermined citizenship and a long-term residence permit,
- a resident with a permanent right of residence.
